This site collects very little. If you request a demo, we keep your name, work email and clinic so we can reply and schedule it. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics helps us see how the page is used. We don't sell your information, we don't add you to a marketing list, and this site handles no Veteran or patient data.
What this covers
This policy covers the Kofiko marketing website at www.kofiko.ai, run by Imperative Labs ([Legal entity name], [Address]). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Imperative Labs.
Kofiko itself, the assistant that helps audiologists prepare C&P DBQs, is a separate product with its own terms. This website processes no Veteran or patient data, and you shouldn't enter any into the demo form.
What we collect
When you request a demo
You give us:
- your name
- your work email
- your clinic, if you choose to add it
The form adds, automatically:
- the page you sent it from, and the date and time
- campaign tags (UTM parameters) if the link you followed had them, for example from an email or an ad
- your browser's user agent, the short text that names your browser and operating system
The form does not record your IP address.
When you browse the site
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage information. See Analytics and cookies.
How we use it
We use your demo request for one thing: to reply to you and schedule the demo you asked for. We read the page and campaign details to learn which pages and links bring people to us, and the user agent to help us fix problems with the form.
We don't add you to a marketing list and we don't send newsletters. If you'd like to hear from us again after the demo, just tell us.
Where it's stored and for how long
Demo requests are stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States (the us-east-1 region), in an encrypted database. When a request arrives, Amazon's email service (SES) sends a notification to our team's inbox at hello@kofiko.ai, which is hosted on Google Workspace.
We keep your request for 24 months after your last contact with us, or less if you ask us to delete it sooner.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, and whether a demo request was sent. It only sets cookies if you agree to analytics cookies when the site asks.
- Until you accept, analytics storage is off, so Google Analytics sets no cookies.
- Advertising storage, ad personalization and sharing ad data with Google are always off, whatever you choose.
- Google signals and ads personalization are turned off in our Google Analytics settings.
Without your consent, the site may still send Google cookieless pings, such as a note that a page was viewed. They set no cookies and are used only for aggregated counts.
Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on this site. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the site will ask you again.
Your choices and rights
- The clinic field is optional, and requesting a demo is up to you.
- You can decline analytics cookies and still use the whole site.
- You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Security
Every connection to the site and between our services is encrypted in transit with TLS. Stored demo requests are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to our team.
Children
This site is for audiologists and clinic staff. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
